We have a privileged location, in the "Parada" (Stop) 1, in front of "Playa Brava" (Brave Beach), Punta del Este, Uruguay, main International Spa of South America.
Our offices were opened in the year 1976 and they work from that date in uninterrupted form and under the same signature.
Our address: "Continuación Gorlero 1115, Edificio Espigón Playa, local 002". We are properly added in all the State Organisms, Ministry of Tourism in the Tourist Registration of Company with the Nº 226.
Associated to the School of Administrators from the Uruguay, to the Association of Real state of the Uruguay (CIU), as well as to the Association of real state of Punta del Este, (ADIPE).
We offer services in: Sales, Rents, Administration, Design, Construction and Decoration.
