ADMINISTRATION OF BUILDINGS
This Department is under the direction of Leonel Tassano, professional with wide experience in administrations. We base our work on the permanent contact with the commissions of the buildings, as well as the visits and permanent control of the same one.
The countable system is computerized with states of revenues and expenditures detailed by item. The preventive of the expenses are carried out according to the selected system for each Building, that is to say by bi-monthly, trimester or semester. Those mentioned preventive are elaborated with the approval of the Commission of Coproprietors and starting from them the percentage schedule of payment of each unit is made. Annually it is carried out the Balance and the State of Situation of each Building those that will be high to consideration of their respective Assemblies.
We have detailed our services in general form, these will be adapted to the Regulation of Coownership of the Building and / or to specifications peculiar of the same one.
PARTICULAR PROPERTIES
This department is low responsibility of Mrs. Susana Pereyra. In the same one are Negotiated and Administer all the payments of services of: URAGUA, UTE, ANTEL, T.V Cable, and expenses in general. Monthly summaries are sent to each proprietor.
